Selsil - Acrylic Sealant

Product Description: Selsil Acrylic Sealant is a one-component acrylic-based sealant.

One component:

• Easy to apply with a gun. Forms a waterproof layer after drying.
• Weather resistant.
• Retains its flexibility for a long time. Can be painted.
• Contains no surface oil.
• Does not affect the filled surface.

Product Properties:

• Appearance Thixotropic paste pH 7-9
• Density 1.62 ± 0.03 g/ml - (TS 781 ISO 758)
• Surface drying 15-60min (23°C and 50% R.H.) (ASTM C679) Elongation at break =100% (ASTM D412)
• Thermal resistance -10°C to +80°C Processing temperature 5°C to 35°C

Application and use

• Expansion joints between prefabricated building elements, Installation of wooden, PVC, iron and aluminium joinery,
• In the joints of all kinds of joinery, plaster, window sills and other building materials, Bonding of eternite and aluminium roof and wall panels and all kinds of building materials,
• It is also used for painting against cracks.
